New Patient Experience

When you contact our office you will be greeted by our friendly scheduling coordinators. They are dedicated to finding a time that works conveniently with your schedule. They can answer any insurance questions you may have about our office or your insurance.

After you have a scheduled appointment time, you will receive a text message with a link to complete paperwork prior to your appointment. Please bring your insurance card to your appointments and arrive a few minutes early, this will allow us time to enter your insurance and answer any questions you may have. Arriving early also gives your child time to acclimate to their surroundings and enjoy the games and other fun activities we have around the office.

We’re committed to ridding the world of the idea that visiting the dentist is something to be scared of, one kid at a time. Letting your child enjoy the office before and even after their appointment is an important part of that effect.

SHARE YOUR CONCERNS

At your child’s first dental visit, you will be asked to fill out a detailed medical history form to allow our office to get to your child’s past medical and dental history. After filling out the paperwork one of the hygienists will call you and your child back to review these forms. This is the perfect opportunity for our staff to get to know your greatest concerns with your child’s teeth. This time is also great for us to get to know you as a family!

TAKE A TOUR

A member of our staff will take you on a tour of our office. As we walk through the office you will be able to meet the dentist and get a good feel of the flow of our office. Your child will get to see other kids laying in the dental chair having their teeth cleaned. Getting familiar with our office and staff is the first step to a positive dental experience!

DENTAL EXAM

We will examine your child’s teeth and gums, do a professional cleaning, take any necessary radiographs and educate your child on how to remove plaque from their teeth and gums. Take advantage of the opportunity to discuss the best ways to help your child develop good dental habits. Benefit from your child learning the importance of a healthy smile early in life, so they can enjoy healthy teeth and gums as adults.

There are options for that unexpected dental procedure.

With or without insurance, we want to help you make getting the dental care your child needs easy.

We work with your insurance to maximize your benefits.

No insurance? We also accept other forms of payment such as credit cards, cash, and check. We also accept CareCredit which offers flexible monthly payments, with zero interest for six or 12 months on larger charges.
