We are looking for a trained DA with excellent clinical, communication & computer skills to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in our teamwork-based environment. We are a multi-location practice that offers excellent compensation and benefits including flex plan, medical insurance & 401k. DENTAL OFFICE MANAGER
Hiring for our Kearney office
- Proven experience in dental office management or a similar leadership role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer proficiency and comfort with dental software systems
- Accurate, conscientious, and detail-oriented work style
- Experience with insurance claim submission and follow-up
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Oversee daily operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient practice management and adherence to HIPAA regulations.
- Manage scheduling, patient records, and billing processes using EHR systems.
- Supervise staff, providing leadership and fostering a positive work environment.
- Maintain financial oversight, including budgeting and fiscal management.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members to enhance service delivery and patient satisfaction.
